

My response is always the same, that I feel really great! My energy is back, my skin is clearer, and I almost find my body craves micronutrients from fresh juice. People and clients keep telling me I look good. Between the two of us, we have lost around 100 pounds.* It was our celebratory race to vitality and health. I also did a Thanksgiving 5K race with a friend. An international distance in August and sprint distance in September. My energy is sky high and I’m active again I have either lost weight or stayed at a plateau. Since February, I haven’t gained a pound. I ran the Day of Hope 10K race! And I came back from my vacation feeling revitalized. I was the most active on this trip that I’ve ever been. Sometimes I will do a day of just juice.ĭuring my recent 12-day trip to Maui, I was able to find a local natural food market and get my daily juices while on holiday. I juice either once or twice a day now-in the morning and with my evening meal. Rebooting and juicing is part of my healthy new life I also started moving again, incorporating various cardio and kettlebell exercises. I realized all those glasses of wine I was having during dinner were simply out of habit. I incorporated juicing along with cutting out processed food and sugar, and I kept alcohol consumption to a few days a week. I read The Reboot With Joe Juice Diet book and also utilized the Juice Diet app to help track. I initially did a 10-Day Reboot plan, and then a 30-Day plan.

I watched “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” and “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead 2”-which really inspired me to change. I had to stop shaming myself and start implementing new habits.
